Avoid all caffeinated beveratges 24 hours before procedure.

Avoid all alcohol 24 hours before procedure.

Avoid strenuous exercise on a day of the procedure.

No Botox or dermal fillers for at least 1 month before procedure.

No facial cosmetic procedures 7-10 days before treatment.

Avoid sun exposure for at least a week before procedure.

Take anti-viral medication a week before if prone to cold sores.

Stay well hydrated at least 1 week before procedure.

Please arrive for appointment with clean, washed face.

POST-APPOINTMENT CARE

Blot lips frequently with clean, damp cotton pad.

Frequently apply a thin layer of recommended ointment.

Do not touch, peel or pick at lips after treatment.

Do not apply makeup until lips have healed.

No swimming, saunas or hot tubs until lips have healed.

Avoid strenuous exercise until lops have healed.

Do not eat spicy, hot & salty foods to avoid irritation to lips.

Drink beverages through a straw for first few days.

Sleep face up on clean pillowcase for first few days.
